Within this second module we outline many of the unacceptable behaviours which we often exhibit and we provide examples of how these will play out in our life. We also include other behaviours and explain how these often infiltrate our family life. We identify our vulnerabilities and where we feel insecure and unable to deal with certain situations. There are many simple strategies which can be put into play, once our behaviour has been properly identified. There is also useful information which links our behaviours with our childhood, for us to be able to understand where these behaviours originated and why it has led to us behaving in this way. Once we learn all that we are able, about our behaviour, then we are able to do something about it.
