We focus on the re-creation of Our Outer Child now. We are able to put this wasted negative energy to better use for us. No longer will we spend so much time with ruminating, (going over and over what has happened to us) and instead we will focus our wasted energy into more positive outcomes for our self. We will begin to notice now that we will behave and respond differently. Each time we overcome our negative thinking and responses we will build our self to become the strong individual we always knew we could be. We will gain back control over our thoughts and emotions and we will no longer use up precious energy in being filled with resentment or anger. We will stand on our own feet and make concrete decisions for our self.
