Right throughout our life there will be other people who will tell us what we should and should not do. Sometimes the people who continually tell us what to do are controlling or manipulative. Their advice could come across unkindly and cruel and whenever this happens we need to have the ability to reject their advice. We need to be able to decide which advice can be taken on board by us and which advice we need to reject outright. We have a second module about this topic as there is too much to include within this one.
