Our Internal Critic causes havoc within our life. The critic within us is the master of put down and deceit. There is no reality within criticism. Any criticism undermines our ability to reach our full potential. We are held captive by the put down which surrounds us. When we continue to criticise ourselves we will also continually make assumptions and form conclusions toward and about others and as you already know this proves fatal within any relationship. We are able to bring our own internal critic under control and this module provides strategies which are helpful for us in doing just that.
