You may wonder why we need to include a module which discusses how our sexual side of our life ties in with self esteem. Many people have inhibitions which they may have suffered for their whole life. They may have never experienced the feeling of freedom within their love life, which is available for us all. Relationships break down because couples find that they are just not compatible within this area and yet it may be that they are just unable to discuss openly, this most important area of their life. I have presented this particular information in a slightly different way within this course. At the least it will prove to be interesting and at the most it may help with issues which challenge many couples.
