We may not fully realise that there is a little child still within all of us. It is important to fully understand this as it makes a huge difference for us. Understanding our little inner child will reawaken our old feelings of fun, recollections of adventure, feelings of sadness, feelings of rejection, feelings of misunderstanding and reminders of the times when we felt lonely and left without explanation and more. Remembering this will reconnect us to memories of hurt we many have locked away and this is the time to bring the hurt to the surface, deal with it and put it to rest for all time. Once this has happened we will still remember the event yet the attached pain will be resolved for us and we will come to terms with it.
