It is necessary for us to learn just how crafty and persuasive the critic can be. Life can be tough and demanding and there are times when we may feel hopeless and helpless and maybe even feel as though we should give up. This would mean that the critic has had victory over us and destroyed our best resolves toward becoming successful. This will only happen if we do not have strategies to put into place for when the critic decides to attack us. Within this and the following module there are many strategies to put into place to ward of the attacks from the critic. We learn that we need to listen to good and healthy advice from our voice of reason.
