Part of building our Self Esteem involves taking a look at our beliefs. Many of us find it comforting to believe in a higher order. This is different for all of us and yet believing in something bigger than ourselves provides a certain sense of belonging and connection for us. It can also provide a sense of stability or an anchor, for building all our other beliefs and values on. Module 11 provides a different way to look at our spirituality within us.
