Within our life we tend to make many mistakes and this is where we learn all about life. We learn that we need to consider and not have knee jerk reactions, as sometimes we tend to make matters worse for our self. Many times we were shamed and embarrassed within our childhood for the mistakes we made, when in fact these were only the little lessons of life we needs to discover and learn from. Being shamed by our parents instilled a level of shame which we began to feel toward our self and naturally this level of shame (which was unnecessary) was the one which diminished our faith and belief in our self. Whenever we are overcome by deep feelings of shame then we are unable to learn from our mistakes. Our mistakes are our teachers and we learn a whole new acceptance of our mistakes by reframing them in this way.
