It is important to uncover the origin of our behaviour to be able to establish a healthy sense of worth within ourselves. We take a look into our heritage to uncover damage which may have been done to our sense of worth, so altering our level of confidence within our self. Childhood misunderstanding is often the basis for lack of self esteem. The first nine years of our life, will set us up and programme us for the remainder of our life. If we think this does not, or has not affected us in many ways, then we will stay stuck within behaviours which we will not be comfortable with, causing us to behave in unacceptable ways, right throughout our life.
