At last we have reached the place where we understand our pain and have come to terms with it. We have moved through the various stages which were necessary for complete healing to occur. We feel strong enough to talk about our experience now and allow others to have the opportunity to understand the pain we have experienced. This will also halve our residual pain as we share with our loved ones and close friends. We are able to do this now as we are beginning to trust once again. We are strong enough to believe that we are able to put this experience behind us and move into our new life. We have made changes to our inner beliefs and we are able to clearly see the possibilities which stretch out before us. No longer are we locked within our grief and we see the new and stronger person.
