Within this module we take a closer look at letting go of all of our resentment and anger as we learn that keeping this stuck inside us will only provide further hurt for our self. If we keep our pain locked inside us we will tend to lash out whenever anything reminds us of our pain. In this way we prevent our self from becoming the person we wish to be. There is a variety of negative behaviour which can come from within us and whenever we exhibit this behaviour, we not only hurt ourselves but can also hurt others very deeply. We do not wish to do this yet we remain unable to see just how we carry this out. Pain blocks our ability to learn. Learning to manage our feelings of anger and being prepared for situations which bring this out of us, is the secret to complete healing.
