Once we have pin pointed the actual problems within the relationship then it becomes necessary to have some healthy communication regarding these issues. Within this second module we take a look at many of the ways we can do this. Firstly, each of us need to realise that our actions will always speak louder than our words. We need to secondly learn some strategies and then carry them out. We need to be truthful, have respect for each other, learn how to present our point of view effectively and remain totally honest with each other. We need to remember that it is destructive to make assumptions and form conclusions. Then we need to learn about our differences and then accept these differences, both within our self and within our partner.
